Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and UGCFinder. By creating an account you accept them. We've kept them short and readable on purpose.

1. What the service does

UGCFinder helps creators identify brands, find published business contact details, draft outreach pitches, host a media kit, and track follow-ups. It is a research and drafting tool. It does not guarantee that any brand will reply, and it does not guarantee you will be offered work.

2. Your account

You need an accurate email address and you are responsible for keeping your password safe. You must be at least 16 years old. One person per account — don't share logins. Tell us at info@finnsupply.com if you think someone else has access to your account.

3. Credits

Paid work in the app is metered in credits. New accounts receive 10 free credits. Additional credits are sold in packs of 100 for $14.90.

• Credits are spent on the costly operations — brand research, screenshot analysis, AI-written pitches, and named-contact lookups. The price of each is shown in the app before you commit.
• Browsing, editing, templates, follow-up reminders and sending are not metered.
• If a search finds nothing, the credit is returned to you. You are not charged for our failures.
• Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and are not redeemable for money except as described under refunds below.

4. Subscriptions, billing and cancellation

If you take a paid subscription, it renews automatically each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing us; cancellation stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We will give you notice by email before any price increase, and you may cancel rather than accept it.

5. Refunds

If the product doesn't work as described, email us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it. If credits were deducted because of a bug on our side, tell us and we will restore them — we would rather return a credit than argue about one. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

6. Acceptable use

UGCFinder is for genuine, individual outreach to brands you actually want to work with. You agree not to:

• Send unsolicited bulk email, spam, or any messaging that violates the CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, PECR or equivalent law where you or the recipient are located.
• Use the service to harass anyone, or to contact people who have asked you to stop.
• Misrepresent who you are, your audience size, or your engagement figures in pitches or media kits.
• Scrape, resell, or redistribute contact data obtained through the service, or use it to build a competing database.
• Attempt to circumvent the credit system, share an account, or interfere with the service's operation or security.

You are responsible for the messages you send. We provide drafting assistance; the decision to send, and the content of what is sent, is yours.

7. AI-generated content

Pitches and descriptions are drafted with AI models. AI output can be wrong, and it can be confidently wrong. Read everything before you send it. You own the pitches you generate and you are responsible for their accuracy. We make no claim that generated text is unique or that it will perform.

8. Your content

Your templates, pitches, media kit and research remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to operate the service for you — storing it, processing it, and displaying your media kit at the link you share. We do not use your content to train models, and we do not publish it anywhere you haven't chosen.

9. Availability

We aim to keep UGCFinder running, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may take it down for maintenance, and third-party providers we depend on can fail. If an outage prevents you from using credits you have paid for, contact us and we will make it right.

10. Ending the agreement

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches section 6, that is used for fraud, or that puts the service or other users at risk — where circumstances allow, we will tell you why first and give you a chance to respond. If we close your account for a reason that isn't your breach, we will refund unused paid credits.

11. Liability

To the extent the law allows, UGCFinder is provided “as is” and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost opportunities, or brand deals that didn't happen. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, and none of it affects consumer rights you hold under the law where you live.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights, we will email account holders before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms; if you don't, close your account and we will refund unused paid credits.
